We want to thank all of you who have registered for this year’s 2012 West Coast Alumni Camp and West Coast Faculty Conference at Campus by the Sea, August 5-10th. For those who are interested in learning more about these events, this page will give you an opportunity to review important information and guide you through the steps you will need to take to complete your registration. Once you have gotten an overview of the process, you can click the link to the online registration form where you will begin to submit the personal data and payment information. Don’t forget to submit the required liability release and your emergency information and housing preference.

Step one: Take time to review the details of the conference if you would like and then calculate your costs using the link below. .

Step two: Read the liability release form and affirm your acceptance. Everyone attending the event must read and submit this form. Those under 18 must have a form submitted by an adult who is responsible for the affirmation.

Step three: Go to the registration form and begin to fill in the information

You will be asked to fill in your basic contact information as well as a few other items.
Families should register as a group with a primary registrant responsible for payment. You will be given an opportunity to edit and confirm the information you have entered.
Step four: Check your conference fees and choose your payment option
You will be given a choice of payment options and asked to submit your registration.
Your registration is confirmed with your completed payment.
Step five: Return to this homepage & then to the housing option page
and the emergency information page.

Going through these steps will complete your online registration process. If you are making payment by check, follow the instructions on the conference costs page and be sure to send the proper amount to the event administrator Lorrey Thabet by the required date.
